Our Filing in Opposition to Proposed Settlement

I can’t overstate my appreciation for the amazing work Daniel Girard, Elizabeth Kramer, Dena Sharp, and others have done on our behalf.

Our Day in Court

I am a Class Representative in “In Re: High Tech Recruiting Antitrust Litigation”. I have created this blog to share my strong opposition to the tentative settlement in the case and to reach out to others who may feel the same and may wish to act.

Today I sent the following letter to the court to express my opposition to the tentative  settlement: Letter to Judge Koh

I am also actively seeking alternative counsel to assist me in better representing the interests of the Class and to help balance out conflicting interests in the case. Please contact me at mikeclassrep@outlook.com if you are interested in helping.

The press may contact me also at mikeclassrep@outlook.com
